VIPR (Very Intelligent Person Rides - pronounced viper) is a rideshare service, owned and operated by Blaine's Travel Club LLC. Our main focus is to safely transport our VIPs to and from our Official VIPR Venues / Business Members, located within VIPR Villages around the globe.
A VIPR Village is a postal code area with 10+ Official VIPR Venues. Independent Travel Ambassadors (affiliates) + VIPR Drivers are responsible for creating VIPR Villages anywhere around the globe.
A VIPR Venue is an Official Blaine's Travel Club Business Member that offers their customers a VIPR pickup and dropoff point from their business address.
For each VIPR Venue signed into their downline, an affiliate (Travel Ambassador) will receive Twenty $5.00 Vouchers ($100.00 value) that may be used to discount any of their future VIPR Rides. Limit: One voucher per ride.

Every VIPR Rider and Driver must feel safe while using the VIPR App! With Gender Select, Riders have the option to choose which gender they prefer their Drivers to be, and Drivers also have the option to choose which gender they prefer their Riders to be!
VIPR Riders may choose their three favorite drivers and lock them into their rider's account so whenever they need a ride, and if any of their favorite drivers are on duty, they may select the one they want. This will build a strong Rider-Driver Relationship with a strong feeling of familiarity, trust and safety!
We not only want to offer affordable, safe & reliable rides but want to reward our riders for using our service. So, we're giving VIPR riders 100 Travel Points for every $1 Spent on Every Ride, redeemable for any of the thousands of quality products found in our Travel Points Gift Mall & Redemption Center.
Every Year, one week before a VIPR Rider's birthday, we will add a Birthday Ride Credit to their VIPR Account, good for up to 25 Miles one way, that they may use From or To their Birthday Celebration or wherever they wish to go and they may invite as many friends as there are available seats in the Snake!
VIPR will be marketed directly to the Official Business Members , Retail Business, Bar, Restaurant, Apartment Complex, Factory, etc., by our Independent Travel Ambassadors + VIPR Designated Drivers, and when they agree to become an Official VIPR Venue, I will share a 10% Commission from every VIPR Ride originating from their business address, starting from the first day VIPR launches in their zipcode, and continues during the lifetime of your business and VIPR!
Not only that, but the Independent Travel Ambassador + VIPR Designated Driver who signs the Official Business Member into their downline, will also receive a 10% Commission on every ride originating from the business address!
Official VIPR Venues, must agree to hang an Official VIPR Venue sign where your customers will easily see it, like near your front and back door.

If any of them agree to become an Official VIPR Venue, and hang a Free lighted VIPR Venue Sign near the Exits to promote VIPR, I will share a 10% Commission on all VIPR rides originating from their business address, and since you signed them into your downline, I will also share a 10% Commission with you as well!
