The "VIPR Village Lottery, Membership Drive, and Crowdfunding Campaign" combined are clever and entertaining methods to raise funds for the develop, app purchase, and launch of VIPR.


If you're a resident seeking a new rideshare service, simply Vote for Your Hometown (5 Bucks = 5 Votes). The hometown with the most votes, and who has completed all the requirements needed, will win the lottery and be considered for an Official VIPR Village.


Any business in your hometown wishing to become an Official Business Partner with Blaines Travel Club® can also offer their business as a VIPR Pickup Spot. On the day VIPR launches, they will begin receiving a 10% commission from every ride originating from their address.

During the voting period, residents can become an Independent Travel Concierge (BTC affiliate) to sign up VIPR Pickup Spots (20+), giving your hometown an advantage should they win the lottery. Independent Travel Concierge will receive a 10% commission from every ride originating from the address of their signups.


I encourage all VIPs, Independent Travel Concierges, and Business Partners to actively promote the VIPR Village Lottery, Membership Drive, and Crowdfunding Campaign to residents & local businesses of their hometown, ensuring its incredible success and creating a win-win situation for everyone!


Before we choose a new VIPR VILLAGE, we take into consideration the following criteria to help us decide...

• How many businesses, in your hometown, have agreed to become a Pre-Authorized VIPR Pick-Up Spot! There must be at least 20 Pre-Authorized VIPR Pick-Up Spots registered within a 10 mile radius before it will qualify for a VIPR VILLAGE.





• How many future riders, in each hometown, have showed interest in becoming a VIPR Rider! There must be at least 30 Riders registered within a 10 mile radius before it will qualify for a VIPR VILLAGE.




• How many future drivers, in each hometown, have showed interest in becoming a VIPR Designated Driver. There must be at least 10 Drivers registered within a 10 mile radius before it will qualify for a VIPR VILLAGE.
