The Postal Code at the top of the VIPR Village Leaderboard that has acquired the interest of 20+ VIPR Venues, 40+ Drivers, 60+ Riders and has the most votes, wins the title of VIPR Village, and will be the next neighborhood that we start offering rides to! (Some local requirements may need to be met as well.)

A VIPR Village is a neighborhood (postal code area) that has the required amount of at least 20 Official Blaine's Travel Club Business Members that have volunteered their business location as a VIPR Venue, where VIPR will pickup & drop-off riders.
When VIPR goes live in their neighborhood, and and any Business Member that advertises themselves as a VIPR Venue, with a furnished lighted LED sign, the Business Member and the Travel Ambassador that signed them up will both earn 10% TravelCoin Commissions, 1 TravelCoin = 10¢, from each dollar spent on every ride that originates from their business address!
